Yes, it's true, another oh-so-rare update. This time what finally proded me was taking a weekend off with the parentals in the time share they have in North Conway. There was also the aditional bonus of Nonna visiting from down Alabama! (Nonna being my grandmother.) Although it turns out she is very alergic to Scooby, and even though she is no longer around him, (she spent a few days at our house before we came up to the time share,) her sinuses have been freaking out so bad, she is now super sick. Hopefully she gets better soon.

Sick grandmothers aside, I did have fun, but I can't help but wish I had more time to hang out around here... (I'm writting this in the room we have in North Conway.) There's so many scenic areas in this area, and the only point I DID go out to take photos, I was almosted rained out. (Well, thundered out, but whatever.) There was also one point of home sickness, oddly enough.

I had gone to take a walk around the area at night, because I thought there would be no one around, but instead there was still a lot of people walking around, and nothing was open. (Something I had forseen, but was only an issue with the addition of people.) I felt kinda silly walking around by myself when everyone else was in groups of three, if not more, so I decided to get some ice cream and enjoy it on a nearby bench. Wasn't all that fun though... Mostly kept thinking about how much I dislike being around other people, if I'm not specificly with someone else. It reminded me those people who always seem to need to be in a relationship. I usually scolded those kinds of people, telling them they should learn to enjoy their own company more. But I think I can understand now what they were talking about... maybe they weren't so much refering to not like being alone, but not like being alone around other people. It blows. HARD.

But anyway... I did manage to get a few photos that I like, but I currently can't upload anything although. I'm feeling too lazy to fully trouble shoot the problem, so I may just try and do it at the office. If I do, then that means I'll be able to make some photoshop adjustments. (Nothing fancy, just adjusting the levels and color balance...)
